Awesome work! The art was incredible. (I'm a big fan of the Skreamie eating ice cream panel).

These entries are going to be tough choosing a winner.  Your entry is hiralious, Lou.  I especially like the panel where Eyeskream members' comics are showing on screen.

Easter Eggs and things to look for in my entry:

Page 1
Panel 1: look for a tiny dog in the distance with a leash that leads out of the frame.  That was Raquel's idea.  (She's 5)

Dr Emil Dodworth first appeared in this Cy-Boar story a few years ago: http://www.cy-boar.com/index.php?date=2006-10-17
Some of the books on the shelf of "Arcane" knowledge are from D&D
The panel with the Beholder turning the guy to stone was REALLY poorly drawn, so I tried to make it look better with color.
I drew the illustration of Saint Erik fighting the Beholder during a business meeting.  It was my first time drawing a Beholder.

Page 2
Look at the names on the graves in the Cemetery.  They are all past Eyeskream comics.
The "Squid Monster" is from Watchmen of course.
Raquel's favorite ice cream flavor is Vanilla.  She really liked the Ice cream cone panel and drew her own version of it.

Page 3
I felt bad that I didnt include enough monitors to show EVERY Eyeskream comic.  I had to leave off Little Terrors and Somewhere in SF.  Sorry guys!

Page 4
I used reference photos of Quebec and Babelfish for that last panel.

Wow! That's great Lou! Thanks for pointing all thoses to us. Personnaly I got "0" sense of observation so this have come in handy  smile

The only thing that seem familiar was the last frame, I were saying to myself "Did Lou really drawn from a photo of Québec or it's only my imagination?"  :biggrinsmiley:

Great work!

Hilarious and very well written. I love all the little details you put around.
Extra points for including references to current and past Eyeskream comics.

The references are fantastic!!  This is hilarious, Lou!!!

I think we have to do something with the "rejects" in the future...especially Squirmy!  He should be our Bizzaro mascot!!

Great strip! I love that you brought the beholder into it and added that "obscure religious text" bit. Clever and funny.
